Are you feeling stressed? Be Well Wednesdays is an interactive workshop offered weekly where you can learn to identify and manage your own stress through relaxation and stress management techniques. You will be provided with a better understanding of the nature of stress by exploring signs and symptoms, sources and triggers, and underlying functions. We will discuss a variety of stress reduction and management strategies and by the end of the workshop you will be able identify the strategies that are right for you. The goal is to provide you with the tools and techniques to respond to your daily life stressors in a positive way and to ultimately feel less stressed. Complimentary tea and snacks will be provided!
