JOIN US STARTING SEPTEMBER 30TH IN THE STUDENT REC CENTER LOBBY AT 5:00pm
Healthy Oregon, A Healthy Campus Initiative and it’s partners are joining forces to bring you a 6-week 5K training program that culminates with participation in the 2013 Run with the DUCK 5K race on November 9th , 2013 @ 9:00am on Hayward Field.
The training program uses a combination of weekly groups training sessions and individual workouts to help you get in shape, feel great and train for a 5K event. There are three different training programs offered: Walk, Walk-to-Jog and Run. The program is designed so that you could follow the training calendar entirely on your own, but participation in weekly training sessions is HIGHLY encouraged for support, motivation, challenge and variety. Personal training staff lead weekly group training sessions – you can attend any and all sessions that fit your schedule and goals.
