PE & Rec Youth and Family Lessons this Fall 2016

Check out the fall lineup of youth and family lessons at the UO Student Recreation Center! Registration for youth swim lessons is open now. Registration for all other programs opens on Tuesday, September 6th. Sign up for all programs is available in person at the Service Center Desk.

 

Webfoot CrossFit ® Teens *New for Fall 2016*

Webfoot CrossFit ® Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for 8th to 12th graders. The program incorporates age-appropriate weightlifting, agility, and high intensity training to help teens physically feel their best and develop a lifelong love for fitness.

Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6-7pm

Session 1: 10/4-27; Session 2: 11/1-29 (no class 11/24)

Parent/Tot Creative Movement *New for Fall 2016!*

Creative Movement lessons are fun dance and tumbling programs that parents and their children participate in together.

Saturdays, 10:15-11am

Family Rock Climbing Lessons

Designed for families who want to learn to climb together! Family rock climbing lessons teach parents the skills necessary to safely climb with their children in an indoor climbing gym.

Ninja Warrior Training

Each week will focus on an element of ninja agility, including balance, strength, lateral movements, flexibility, and speed.
