Webfoot CrossFit ® Teens *New for Fall 2016*
Webfoot CrossFit ® Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for 8th to 12th graders. The program incorporates age-appropriate weightlifting, agility, and high intensity training to help teens physically feel their best and develop a lifelong love for fitness.
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6-7pm

Family Rock Climbing Lessons
Designed for families who want to learn to climb together! Family rock climbing lessons teach parents the skills necessary to safely climb with their children in an indoor climbing gym.

Each week will focus on an element of ninja agility, including balance, strength, lateral movements, flexibility, and speed.
